What does vSphere HA (High Availability) allow you to do?

In contrast, balancing network traffic, optimizing storage space for virtual machines, or automating application installation touch on other aspects of virtual infrastructure management but do not pertain to the core function of vSphere HA, which centers exclusively on high availability through automatic VM restarts upon host failures.
